Save the Date! Sunday April 25th Living a Soulful Life in a Speed-Obsessed World Featuring Author Abby Seixas Adult Forum 11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
Please join us on Sunday, April 25th, at 11:30 a.m. for an Adult Forum led by Abby Seixas on Living a Soulful Life in a Speed-Obsessed World. In a culture that tells us “faster is better,” how do we free ourselves from the tyranny of our to-do lists, recover our balance, and invite the deeper currents within us to flow through daily life? Based on her highly-acclaimed book, Finding the Deep River Within, Abby will discuss how our culture’s “disease of a-thousand-things-to-do” affects us all, what we can do about it, and why it’s important to find ways to put on the brakes and remember what really matters.
