Come get your week off to a great start with a 8:30 a.m. yoga class on Mondays at Saint Mary’s! Kundalini yoga combines chanting, singing, movements, and breathing patterns. Studies have suggested Kundalini may help ease stress and anxiety, improve cognitive functioning, and boost self-perception and self-appreciation. This kind of yoga is particularly good for those seeking a spiritual practice and is normally considered appropriate for beginners as well as more experienced or advanced yogis.
