Come get your week off to a great start with a 8:30 a.m. yoga class at Saint Mary’s! Kundalini yoga combines chanting, singing, movements, and breathing patterns. Studies have suggested Kundalini may help ease stress and anxiety, improve cognitive functioning, and boost self-perception and self-appreciation. This kind of yoga is particularly good for those seeking a spiritual practice and is normally considered appropriate for beginners as well as more experienced or advanced yogis.
