Lenten Series – Signs of Life: Why Church Matters

Sundays in Lent, 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. in the Chapter Room From a daily Lenten calendar to online videos, from in-person discussion to personal reflection on themed poetry, Ann will provide a variety of ways to consider how Christian worship possesses the capacity to change the way we view and interact with ourselves, with each other, and with the world. The in-person discussion will take place on Sundays in March after coffee hour in the Chapter Room. 

March 1: Light

March 8: Water

March 15: Food       

March 22: Shelter      

March 29: Community

This series is being designed and produced by Society of Saint John the Evangelist, an Episcopal monastic order in Cambridge, Massachusetts and Lifelong Learning at Virginia Theological Seminary in Alexandria, Virginia.
