Prayers for the Environment, Today from Noon to 1PM

World Leaders are gathering in Copenhagen this month to negotiate a successor agreement to Kyoto climate accords. Their task is to set binding targets to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. You are invited join Margaret in our church sanctuary today for an hour prayer vigil for our planet Earth. We will gather to pray for the earth, our own stewardship of our portion of the earth, and for the success of the gathering in Copenhagen. The vigil will contain readings, reflections, prayers, and silence.
