Father Julio Rivera Visit on Sunday, September 30 This past Sunday, Father Julio Rivera from of our sister parish in El Salvador visited St. Mary’s. St. Mary’s and Santa Maria Virgen, located in a neighborhood outside the capital city of San Salvador, have a historic relationship dating back nearly 20 years.

Father Rivera and Peter Chase co-celebrated the mass. Parishioners from St. Andrew’s in Marblehead graciously provided translation as needed. After the service, Father Rivera presented St. Mary’s with a plaque as well as some hats.
